The Code supplements, and forms an integral part of, the FundEmpire Terms of Service. Breach of the Code may result in immediate suspension, termination, regulatory referral, and recovery of damages.
1. Integrity and Honest Dealing
Members shall act at all times with honesty, integrity, and good faith. Members shall not make any statement, representation, or omission, whether oral or written, that is false, misleading, incomplete, or capable of deceiving any counterparty, FundEmpire, or any regulatory authority.
2. Compliance with Law
